Kiss the Cook

It's amazing how people can grow and change over the years.

When I first met my husband the only vegetables he ate were carrots, applesauce (which doesn't even count as a vegetable) and spinach (the frozen kind that comes in these little cubes and even then only when mashed through his potatoes!). This actually changed when our son was born : now he sets a perfect example for our kids by eating practically any vegetable there is out there (give or take a few).

On top of that he's also become an amazing cook and he's often the one who introduces new dishes to the menu. Our daughter absolutely loves his lasagna (she once offered to eat the leftovers for breakfast - cold!) and our son is crazy about the frangipanne cake he makes.

It's probably needless to say :this cook gets lots of kisses from this family!!!
