Etsy worthy?

Those of you who have come to this site more than once may have noticed a few changes. A face to go with the name being the most obvious change. But I also added something else: a link to my soon to be Etsy shop (if I ever get past the set-up stage!).

I loved Etsy from the moment I discovered it somewhere in 2007. The talent of some of the artists that can be found there is amazing. I'm not an artist but I do possess a generous amount of creativity which I mostly use when my kids are having a birthday party. Then I can go all out. But I would like more...

I'd like to share with you a picture of something I would like to sell at my Etsy shop. For now, this is the only item that I have perfected in such a way that I'm completely happy with it.

Let me know what you think: Am I Etsy worthy?

Definately etsy worthy. I can't wait to learn more about your Etsy shop and what other wonderful goodies you will be stocking in it.

I think anything that can be personalised (like the banner in the first picture) is always good.

The fact that these are unique items means that they are also sure to be a winner.

Ohhh and handmade by such a talented person, how can you go wrong?!?

Wishing you all the best with your shop set up.

Banners seem to be a "hot" item in the decorating/ crafty world. I pulled out a picture of a banner from a Pottery Barn magazine with hopes that I might make it. I think you'll do great on etsy! I can't tell exactly how you made it, but it looks well made. I would never have thought to put the two colors together on each banner. What about making it reversable with one color on the front and another on the back?
