My kind of movie

I promised my son that we would go see Prince Caspian together since he had such a good report card at the end of the schoolyear and we finally got to see it last weekend. My daughter had to attend a birthday party and since she's too young to see the movie anyway it was the perfect opportunity for some one-on-one time with my son. And a bucket of popcorn ;)

Personally I love these movies. I really wanted to see it and I'll definitely watch it again when it comes out on DVD, so I can watch it in the original version. I read some of the books when I was young and then again when the first movie came out. I'll have to keep my eye out for the others since there are apparently seven and I've only found the first three at the library.

I wouldn't mind switching places with Susan in the movie. I adore her costumes. Hey, I even look a little like her (at least I used to, when I was younger and still able to wear my lenses).

And of course I wouldn't mind being courted by a young handsome prince ;)

hi, tania:) i had heard this movie was wonderful, but when it came out i was really sick. then i forgot all about it. thank you so much for reminding me... as i loved the first of the series. it was one of the most beautiful movies i think i'd ever seen.
when katherine was younger (in elementary school), she had to read from a list of books and be tested on them. i bought her the box set and we read them all. we loved them:D
i hope you have had a great wednesday, my dear friend:)
love and knuffels,
dani

You do look like Susan!
This is another film that my boys want to see and i haven't had the chance to take them to see it yet. It's been such a quick school summer holiday, i haven't done half the things i wanted to do with the kids!
They go back to school tomorrow ~ let the morning chaos begin!!

You are beautiful like Susan:)

I loved the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and read it when I was 7 (hundreds of years ago!)

It's lovely isn't it spending time with one child:) They love it too and will remember that special trip to the movies:)

Take care xxxx
