My daughter: "Mom, my thumb hurts."
Me: "Where sweetheart?"
My daughter: "Put your finger on the little red spot. Can you feel it?"
How sweet, she thought that if I'd put my finger on the sore spot that I would feel the pain as well. A little kiss and a bandaid made all aches go away.
I love it that with children you can actually kiss the little pains away.

Awwwwwww, that is so sweet. How special does that make you feel? A mummy's cuddle and kiss is sometimes all that is required to turn a frown upside down. That is one of the best things about being a mummy.
